We are looking for an individual who can revamp, manage, and grow our preschool gymnastics program.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess current program with suggestions for improvement

• Develop and implement new complete preschool gymnastics program

• Able to recruit, hire, train, and retain a strong team.

• Plan and manage the hours and schedules of the preschool coaches and classes

• Maintain high student levels within the gym

• Generate income and profit for the business

• Budgeting and estimating costs

• Able to coach preschool classes

• Develop and implement plan to grow the preschool gymnastics program beyond the current size and scope

Education

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience

• Management: 1 year (preferred)

• Sports Coaching: 1 year (preferred)

• Preschool setting: 1 year (preferred)

Pay

$12-$15/hour
